After I booted up Kingdom Hearts 1, a game that fell within a genre I had refused to try all my life (JRPG) I had an overwhelming feeling of happiness. The same developers who no longer care about making fun, well made games, but, instead, games that promote a political agenda, or games designed to milk hundreds of pounds/dollars out of you or your children with in-game purchases). It was my first experience with a Japanese RPG game (because I was a rather bias western gamer prior, only sticking to the same poor quality annual releases of western developers.
